SMS Notification Program

1. Who receives messages and what we send
The HelloItsAI SMS notification program sends transactional and operational text messages to our business customers — property management companies who have created an account and opted in. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not message tenants or inbound callers through this program.
Message types include:
- Urgent issue and emergency maintenance alerts
- New message notifications (new tenant calls and voicemails)
- Service updates (platform status and maintenance windows)
- Account notifications (billing, plan changes, and account activity)
2. How to opt in
Opt-in is web-based and happens inside your account — not by texting a keyword. Every message is sent only after the account holder actively consents. The steps are:
- Create an account and log in at helloitsai.com.
- Open Settings and enter your mobile phone number.
- Turn on the SMS Notifications toggle.
- Read and check the consent box that appears, then save.
We record the date and time of opt-in, the browser user agent, and the version of the consent language shown, so consent is auditable.
3. The consent you agree to
When you opt in, you must check a box displaying the following text, exactly as it appears in your account settings:

5. Opting out & getting help
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message, or turn off SMS Notifications in your account settings. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@helloitsai.com.
- Re-subscribe: Reply START, or re-complete the opt-in process in your account settings.
6. Privacy
We collect your mobile number solely to send the messages described above. We will never share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile number to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details.
